Porto Santo Line

In October 1995, Porto Santo Line won the public tender for the exploration of the maritime line between the island of Madeira and the island of Porto Santo.

In June 1996 a ship was acquired to meet the needs of this line - Safety, Regularity and Comfort - and adapted to the Madeiran market, through the remodelling of its interior, 1st class and placement of side ramps, with a new image and a new name: "Lobo Marinho".
The inaugural trip of this public service line took place on June 8, 1996.

This ship, besides being able to transport passengers and cargo, reached high levels of comfort provided by its stabilizers. The partnership between Porto Santo Line and the Hotels Torre Praia and Praia Dourada in Porto Santo, allows the existence of several promotional packages, created to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

With the arrival of the new Lobo Marinho ship in June 2003, the connection between Madeira and Porto Santo has become more comfortable and appealing.
